As a data engineer at Gaine Solutions, I helped build the Sanator Provider Registry, California’s mandated healthcare provider directory under SB137. The registry standardized provider data across the state’s healthcare ecosystem so insurers, hospitals, and regulators could actually trust a lookup.

I designed and built the core SQL import and cleansing pipelines. They ingested provider records from disparate sources, normalized them against regulatory schemas, and surfaced data-quality issues before they reached production. SQL Server and Redgate tooling did the heavy lifting, with Power BI for pipeline monitoring and stakeholder reporting, all under strict HIPAA requirements.
